Who runs this site
ahmedgadalla.ae is the official website of Ahmed Gadalla and is run by his office. In this notice, "we" means the office of Ahmed Gadalla. Ahmed Gadalla is responsible for the personal data handled through this site. You can reach his office through the contact page.
What we collect
You can read this site without giving us any personal information. We only receive personal data when you choose to send it:
- Contact form: your name, organisation (optional), email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
- Email: whatever you include when you write to us directly.
Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered by email to his office.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell your data, add you to mailing lists or share it with anyone outside the office except where needed to answer your enquiry or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our correspondence only for as long as we need them to respond to you, and then delete them.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics tools or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle these requests in line with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you may have further rights under the data-protection law where you live.
